Win rate
Win rate is closed profitable trades divided by all closed trades in the stated sample. It does not measure the size of wins and losses. A strategy can have a high win rate and still lose money if its losses are larger.
Scanner outcomes versus executed trades
Scanner or signal outcomes must be kept separate from agent fills. A signal the product observed but did not execute is not an executed trade. Performance pages should label live, backtested, simulated and illustrative data distinctly.
